Meet Kareem Hydar
Kareem Hydar brings a unique duality to consulting: the rigorous mind of an Engineer combined with the practical grit of an Entrepreneur.
His journey began with a BEng (Hons) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the UK. That technical foundation ignited a lifelong passion for the "nervous system" of modern business, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Innovation.
Kareem realized early on that in the age of AI, operational excellence is impossible without a robust technical backbone. You cannot build a high-performing company on weak infrastructure. This conviction drives his approach today: partnering with global technology leaders to ensure clients have the secure, scalable foundations required to excel.
But his insights also come from the front lines of business. With over 15 years of experience, including 8 years as Chief Innovation Officer at HouseMart and leading projects for the Royal Bank of Scotland, Kareem understands the weight of leadership.
Today, he leads Lean & Innovation Consulting with a clear mission: to help leaders build organizations that are not just efficient in process, but resilient in technology.
