Kareem Hydar (عبد الكريم المظفر) is an engineer and an operator. He holds a BEng (Hons) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the UK and has more than 15 years of experience running operations and leading improvement, including 8 years as Chief Innovation Officer at HouseMart and projects for the Royal Bank of Scotland.

He learned early that business excellence needs both strong leaders and a strong technical backbone. So he links technology to the business: he works with European engineering partners on data and infrastructure, while he builds the leaders and routines that make the most of them.

He built Cockpit because, as a manager, he needed one place to run huddles, KPIs and follow up, and could not find a tool that fit. It is now the platform the Academy uses every day, and it is available on its own. Today he leads Lean & Innovation Consulting as your single accountable contact, from the first conversation to the results.
