Lean and Innovation Consulting LLC (“Lean & Innovation”, “we”, “us”) runs the website leanandi.com and Cockpit, our business management app at cockpit-ahs.bubbleapps.io. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
On our website: the details you choose to send us, such as your name, email address and message when you contact us, and basic, anonymous statistics about how pages are visited.
In Cockpit: your account details (name, email address, company and team), and the work you add, such as tasks, projects, comments, KPI values and links.
2. Google Calendar in Cockpit
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. If you connect it, Cockpit asks Google for read only access (the calendar.readonly permission). Cockpit never creates, changes or deletes anything in your Google Calendar.
Cockpit reads:
The list of your calendars (name and color), so you can choose which ones to show.
For the calendars you choose, events from 5 weeks back to 10 weeks ahead: the title, start and end time, whether it is all day, the link to open it in Google Calendar, and your reply to the invite.
Cockpit does not store event descriptions, attendee lists, locations or attachments.
Cockpit uses this data only to show your own meetings on your own My calendar page. Your meetings are visible only to you. Other users, including your company’s administrators, cannot see them.
Cockpit’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, use it to train artificial intelligence models, or share it with anyone except as needed to run Cockpit (see section 4).
3. How we use information
To provide, run and improve the website and Cockpit.
To respond to your messages and support requests.
To keep accounts secure and each company’s data separate from other companies.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that host and run our services on our behalf, such as Bubble (which hosts Cockpit), Framer (which hosts our website) and Google (for Google sign in and Calendar), and when the law requires it.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored with our hosting providers and is encrypted in transit. Access inside Cockpit is limited by privacy rules: each company sees only its own data, and Google Calendar data is visible only to the person who connected it. Google access keys are stored on the server and are never shown to anyone.
6. Keeping and deleting your data
You can disconnect a Google account at any time in Cockpit (My calendar, Google calendars, Remove). This deletes its meetings from Cockpit and cancels Cockpit’s access.
You can also remove Cockpit’s access in your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Meetings older than 5 weeks are removed from Cockpit automatically.
To delete your Cockpit account or any other personal information, email us and we will do it within 30 days.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing info@leanandi.com.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.

2. تقويم Google في Cockpit
ربط تقويم Google اختياري. إذا ربطته، يطلب Cockpit من Google صلاحية القراءة فقط (صلاحية calendar.readonly). لا يقوم Cockpit أبدًا بإنشاء أي شيء في تقويم Google أو تعديله أو حذفه.
يقرأ Cockpit:
• قائمة تقاويمك (الاسم واللون) لتختار ما تريد عرضه.

يستخدم Cockpit هذه البيانات فقط لعرض اجتماعاتك أنت في صفحة تقويمي الخاصة بك. اجتماعاتك مرئية لك وحدك، ولا يستطيع المستخدمون الآخرون رؤيتها، بمن فيهم مسؤولو شركتك.
يلتزم Cockpit في استخدام ونقل المعلومات التي يحصل عليها من واجهات Google البرمجية بسياسة بيانات المستخدم لخدمات Google API، بما في ذلك متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود. لا نبيع هذه البيانات، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات أو لتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي، ولا نشاركها مع أحد إلا بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل Cockpit (انظر البند 4).

4. المشاركة
لا نبيع المعلومات الشخصية. نشاركها فقط مع مزودي الخدمة الذين يستضيفون خدماتنا ويشغلونها نيابة عنا، مثل Bubble (التي تستضيف Cockpit) وFramer (التي تستضيف موقعنا) وGoogle (لتسجيل الدخول والتقويم)، وعندما يطلب القانون ذلك.
5. التخزين والأمان
تُحفظ البيانات لدى مزودي الاستضافة وتُشفّر أثناء النقل. يقيّد Cockpit الوصول بقواعد خصوصية: كل شركة ترى بياناتها فقط، وبيانات تقويم Google مرئية فقط للشخص الذي ربطها. تُحفظ مفاتيح الوصول إلى Google على الخادم ولا تُعرض لأي أحد.
6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
• يمكنك فصل حساب Google في أي وقت من Cockpit (تقويمي، تقاويم Google، إزالة). يؤدي ذلك إلى حذف اجتماعاته من Cockpit وإلغاء صلاحية Cockpit.
• يمكنك أيضًا إلغاء صلاحية Cockpit من حساب Google الخاص بك عبر myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• تُحذف من Cockpit تلقائيًا الاجتماعات الأقدم من 5 أسابيع.
• لحذف حسابك في Cockpit أو أي معلومات شخصية أخرى، راسلنا وسنقوم بذلك خلال 30 يومًا.
